Detroit Tarp’s original website was what I refer to as a “postage stamp” site—small, outdated, and not ranking for any of their products on Google. They provided a list of product keywords they wanted to target, and I used software to track their progress over time.

By optimizing the site, I successfully ranked it for all the requested keywords and hundreds more. The final result was a modern, visually appealing website that not only better represents the company but also now ranks for over 918 keywords, with that number increasing year after year.

When Simon PLC first approached me, their website was built with basic HTML and lacked any SEO or keyword optimization. When Dana Foam Insulation approached me, they provided a list of 34 keywords focused on their insulation services and target cities they wanted to rank for on Google to generate leads. Today, their website ranks on page 1 for those keywords and an additional 486+ keywords. Notably, they hold the top organic spot (page 1, top position) for “home insulation companies Michigan.”

The result was a modern, visually appealing website that better represents their brand and continues to grow, now ranking for over 486 keywords, with that number increasing each year.

WordPress Websites are King

Overhead Door and Fireplace has shifted its focus entirely to garage doors, moving away from its fireplace products and services. As a result, the number of monthly keywords has decreased from 1,930 (valued at $145,000) to 1,454 (valued at $12,500). Despite this decline, the site remains a powerhouse in terms of its organic online presence, even though growth has recently plateaued.
